Do You Fund The Repair Costs?

Yes, funding loans with repair costs is what we do.  We will lend up to 90% of the purchase price and up to 75% of the after repair value.  The repairs are handled with construction draws.

How Are Construction Draws Handled?

Loan funds designated to cover rehab costs are disbursed to borrowers after rehab phases are completed.  Payment of the final draw is conditioned upon satisfactory review of the rehab work.

How Long Are The Loan Terms?

Our typical loan can be as few as 6 months and up to 12 months, but all loans have the opportunity to extend past the loan term.
